Create an "Opportunity" in the "Commercial - Leads" Pipeline. (Opportunities Menu)
Collect ALL data required to submit the project - All questions answered, uploaded utility bills, etc..
Update Project Status to 'WON' when ready to submit for a proposal - It will automatically move to the 'Commercial - Project Submitted' Pipeline.
Work with our Commercial Department, they will provide the proposal and set a time for you, the client and our commercial installation partner to go over the project and answer any questions your client may have.
When they agree to terms, a LOI (Letter of Intent) will be issued for your client to sign and the project will then move to obtain financing approval, if required.
After Project is approved for financing or is a cash purchase, it will be moved to the Commercial - Installation' Pipeline by our Commercial Department.
Our Commercial Department will help you every step of the way to get your project closed, there is ZERO cost for this service charged to your commission! You keep 100% of your Sales Margin on the project! If your project is finalized with $0.20/watt paid to your Dealership, you get 100% of it!
When submitting your project, indicate your desired Commission/Sales Margin as a reflection of the Price Per Watt of the installed system.
For Example on a 100KW system:
$0.15/watt would be $15,000 in sales margin!
$0.25/watt would be $25,000 in sales margin!
etc.!
Do NOT get greedy! Commercial is not priced the same way as residential, you are NEVER going to make $1.00/watt on a commercial project, most projects will fall in the $0.15-$0.30 range, depending on the region and local costs, etc.
Think VOLUME of sales! Get the watts and you will fill your bank account!
